Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
  • Refunds will include the purchase price of the product(s), minus any original shipping costs
  • Please allow a reasonable processing time for your refund once the returned items have been received and inspected

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping (freight) costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
