Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
- Refunds will include the purchase price of the product(s), minus any original shipping costs
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for your refund once the returned items have been received and inspected
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping (freight) costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
