All content, branding, logos, product names, and materials associated with Sharkey’s Haircare Products LLC are the property of Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids International LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharkey’s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
